However, it’s important to note that while permanent structures are not allowed, temporary structures and houses without foundations may be constructed. Additionally, with the agreement of the village administration and the National Land Agency (BPN), it is possible to transfer land from the Green Zone to the Yellow or Red Zone. This option offers potential for future development and is often the most affordable choice for land acquisition in Bali.
