The Canggu area groups the villages along Bali’s south-west coast between Kuta Utara and the Tabanan border – Canggu itself, Berawa, Pererenan, Cemagi, Seseh, Munggu, Mengening and Kuta Utara. Together they form the island’s fastest-growing land market, driven by long-stay expats, remote workers and short-term rental demand. Plots closer to the beach are almost fully built out and trade as leasehold at premium prices, while land one or two villages inland is larger, cheaper and still available as freehold. Use this section to compare neighbouring villages before narrowing down to a single plot.
