South Kuta

South Kuta (Kuta Selatan) is the administrative district that covers the whole Bukit peninsula – Pecatu, Ungasan, Jimbaran, Benoa, Kutuh and Tanjung Benoa. Almost all cliff-top, ocean-view and surf-adjacent land in south Bali falls inside this district, along with the highest concentration of villa rental businesses on the island. Because the district spans both the cliff belt and inland villages, prices per are vary widely. Building permits and zoning here are handled under the Badung RDTR, and the green-belt strip along the cliffs is a common obstacle worth checking early.
