Seseh is a village on the west coast between Cemagi and Munggu, with a black-sand beach, a striking cliff-side temple and a golf course. It is one of the quieter parts of the Canggu belt and has attracted villa development steadily rather than explosively, so plots are still available in useful sizes. Both leasehold and freehold appear. Beachfront land is limited by the green strip behind the shore. Practical checks are PLN capacity on the smaller lanes, well water quality and whether the access road is wide enough for construction traffic.
