Melasti

Melasti is the beach and cliff area on the southern edge of Ungasan, reached by the dramatic carved-limestone access road. Since that road opened, Melasti has become one of the most visited beaches on the Bukit and the surrounding cliff-top land has repriced sharply. Plots here offer direct ocean views over a white-sand bay and suit beach clubs, resorts and premium villas. Nearly all land is leasehold. The area is partly green zone and the cliff setback is enforced, so zoning and the buildable footprint should be confirmed before any commitment.
